Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the PLX Health platform (PLX Digital Health, Inc.). Because our products include prescription medications dispensed by independent, state-licensed compounding pharmacies, shipping timelines are subject to provider review, prescription issuance, and pharmacy preparation in addition to standard carrier transit times.

Important Notice Regarding Prescription Medications

PLX Health does not manufacture, compound, or ship medications. Prescription medications are dispensed and shipped directly to you by independent, state-licensed compounding pharmacies operating under the supervision of licensed pharmacists. Shipping of prescription items cannot begin until:

  • A licensed healthcare provider has reviewed your health intake
  • A valid prescription has been issued at the provider's sole clinical discretion
  • The pharmacy has prepared your individualized compounded medication
  • All required identity and payment verifications are complete

Order Processing Times

Once all eligibility, prescription, and payment requirements are fulfilled, orders are typically processed by our pharmacy partners within:

  • Initial orders: 3–7 business days for provider review, prescription issuance, compounding, and pharmacy dispatch
  • Refill / subscription orders: 2–5 business days from order confirmation to pharmacy dispatch

Processing times may be longer during peak periods, holidays, or when additional clinical information is required from you. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Orders are shipped via licensed carriers selected by our pharmacy partners. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch (included with most plans)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after dispatch (where available; additional fees may apply)
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day after dispatch (where available; additional fees apply)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is included at no additional charge with qualifying care plans and Subscription programs. The applicable shipping cost (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international addresses. Availability of services may be limited in certain states based on applicable regulations.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy. The return address on packages reflects the dispensing pharmacy, not PLX Health. Package contents are not labeled in a way that discloses the nature of the medication inside.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification via email and/or SMS (if you are enrolled in our SMS Program) containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view your order status by logging in to your account.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within the expected processing window, please contact our support team at support@plxhealth.com.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. PLX Digital Health, Inc. and our pharmacy partners are not responsible for delays, returns, or lost shipments resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@plxhealth.com. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched by the pharmacy.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@plxhealth.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the dispensing pharmacy and carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement shipment.

Due to the nature of compounded prescription medications, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used medications. Replacement eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable regulations.

Temperature-Sensitive Medications

Some compounded medications may require refrigeration or temperature-controlled shipping. Where applicable, the pharmacy will use appropriate packaging and shipping methods to maintain medication integrity during transit.

Upon receipt, please follow the storage instructions included with your medication. If you have concerns about the condition of your medication upon arrival, contact us before using the product.
