Please note: opting out of marketing SMS messages will not stop transactional messages related to active orders, prescriptions, or care unless you specifically request that all SMS communications be discontinued.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier for sending and receiving SMS messages. PLX Health does not charge separately for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS Program is available through major U.S. wireless carriers including, but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carrier support may vary.

Changes to This SMS Privacy Policy

We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued participation in the SMS Program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
